Kodutveckling.se ägs och drivs av mig, Mats Läth, för
publicering, testning och experiment med webbapplikationer jag byggt.
Några av applikationerna använder jag själv regelbundet.
De flesta applikationerna på kodutveckling är relativt tidiga byggnationer i mitt kunskapsbyggande där källkoden speglar en
del av mitt egna lärande och hur jag gått tillväga i pedagogiken gentemot mig själv. Eftersom det mesta är relativt tidiga byggnationer i mitt lärande kan källkoden till några applikationer ibland innehålla
svenskt språkbruk och överflödiga kommentarer i koden. Detta är lämnat med avsikt men det speglar inte riktigt hur jag går tillväga idag. Ett svenskt språkbruk som exempel vid namngivning är idag givetvis uteslutet.
Ingen kod är heller refaktorerad. Sannolikt kommer jag heller aldrig åtgärda dessa delar i källkoden på de applikationer som berörs eftersom jag tycker det är trevligt inslag att ha källkoden i dom som den är.
Just nu ligger två påbörjade hobbyprojekt (som går hand i hand) och väntar på att jag ska
få tid och lust att färdigställa. Det ena av de två projekten är tangentbordsträning och det andra projektet är ett litet program
för att hjälpa barn att lära sig läsa och skriva. Till det sistnämnda är grunden klar i skrivande stund men programmet behöver
skalas upp med mer material. Nyttan att genomföra dessa två ideer samtidigt / ha båda projekten i
åtanke samtidigt bygger på att det finns delar ur båda projekten som kan återanvändas i de båda applikationerna.
Jag studerar på Högskolan i Skövde på programmet Webbutvecklare - Programmering vilket är toppen, trivseln är stor!
Vid sidan av studierna har jag jobbat som studenthandledare på Högskolan i Skövde (benämns ofta amanuens på andra lärosäten).
Sommaren 2022 mellan vår och höstterminen från andra till tredje året på högskolan jobbade
jag som utvecklare på Addgile och nu till sommaren 2023 väntar examen.

Kodutveckling.se is owned and operated by me, Mats Läth, for publishing, testing, and experimenting with web
applications that I have built. I regularly use some of the applications myself.
Most of the applications on code development are relatively early constructions in my knowledge
building, where the source code reflects a lot of my own learning and how I have approached pedagogy with myself. Since most of them are early constructions
in my learning, the source code can sometimes contain Swedish language and redundant comments in the code. This is intentional, but it doesn't really
reflect how I go about things today, such as naming conventions and the use of the swedish language. Also, no code has been refactored. I'm unlikely to fix these parts of the source code
in these applications because I think it's a nice feature to have the source code in its original state.
Right now, two hobby projects (which go hand in hand) are waiting for me to find the time and motivation to finish.
One of the two projects is keyboard training and the other is a small program to help children learn to read and write.
The foundation for the latter is completed as of writing, but the program needs to be scaled up with more material.
The benefit of pursuing these two ideas simultaneously / keeping both projects in mind is based on the fact that there are
parts of both projects that can be reused in both applications.
I am studying at the University of Skövde in the Web Developer - Programming program, which is great, and I am enjoying it
a lot! Alongside my studies, I have worked as a student mentor at the University of Skövde (often called amanuensis at other
institutions). During the summer of 2022, between the spring and fall semesters from the second to the third year of college,
I worked as a developer at Addgile. Now, I am looking forward to graduating this summer in 2023.
